Kathryn Graham (Senior Property Manager)
Originally from NSW, Kathryn moved to the Gold Coast with her family in 1988, and had her first
taste of the Real Estate Industry working as a receptionist for Mona Kennedy Realty on Chevron Island in 1989.
When Mona expanded the business a couple of years later, taking on partners and new rent rolls, the opportunity arose for Kathryn to assist the Property Manager and her love for the job grew from there.
Predominately based in Bundall and Chevron Island, the sale of the business in the late 1990’s saw a relocation to Main Beach, and a company name change to LJ Hooker where Kathryn was then Senior Property Manager overseeing a large rent roll, and several junior staff.
After a personal move from the Surfers area to the Hinterland a job opportunity arose with First National Nerang in 2000 where Kathryn was employed as Senior Property Manager until 2006 when she took some time off with a new baby, returning to oversee the start up of a new Agency and rent roll at First National Upper Coomera, where she subsequently won awards within the First National group for Queensland Property Manager of the year 2012 and 2013 and Australian Property Manager of the year for 2013.
Kathryn is down to earth, honest, and has a genuine passion for property management and all the challenges that come with it.
